Israeli settlers step up raids across the West Bank

Israeli settlers carried out a series of attacks and provocations across the occupied West Bank overnight into Sunday morning, under heavy protection from Israeli forces, according to Palestinian media.

In Bethlehem, dozens of settlers raided the Solomon’s Pools tourist area as Israeli forces deployed heavily around the site.

In Ramallah, settlers gathered near a Palestinian school in al-Mughayyir as the new academic year began, raising fear and tension among students and teachers.

In Nablus, settlers threw stones at Palestinian vehicles and blocked roads, while in Hebron they prevented residents and shepherds from reaching their land and grazing livestock.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces and settlers have continued to besiege three homes in Ras al-Ain, south of Nablus, for a 29th consecutive day, preventing their residents from entering or leaving.
