Israel’s far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has called the British government “anti-Semitic" and said that its ambassador must be expelled “tonight."
“The British Mandate in the Land of Israel is over,” he said in Hebrew on X.
His remarks came after UK announced plans to ban trade with Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.
