OpenAI projects it will burn $280 billion by 2030 as it invests heavily in infrastructure amid mounting price pressures in the competitive AI market. Despite expectations that revenues will surge tenfold from $36 billion this year to $350 billion by 2030, the company's expenses are projected to far outpace its income.
