Yemen's military spokesman announced that government forces conducted 97 precision targeting operations against the Houthis on the Al-Tawwahi front in Lahij and Taiz provinces. The operations, which utilized aircraft, drones, artillery, missiles, and snipers, resulted in neutralizing 260 militia elements and destroying or damaging military and supply vehicles.
Yemeni military spokesman Brigadier General Majid Abdullah Al-Nuzaili said the government forces forces have carried out 97 “precision targeting operations” against the Houthis on the Al-Tawwahi front in the Lahij and Taiz provinces.
In a post on X, he said the operations used aircraft, drones, artillery, missiles and snipers, “neutralising (260) elements of the militia” and destroying or damaging military vehicles, as well as transport and supply vehicles.
Earlier, Al-Nuzaili said at least 700 Houthi fighters were killed in as many as 257 attacks in Sanaa, Midi, Baqim, al-Jawf, Marib, Al Bayda, Lahij and Taiz.
