Houthi fighters reported that Saudi Arabia conducted 54 airstrikes against Yemen within a 24-hour period, marking an intensification of military operations. The movement's military spokesperson confirmed that multiple Yemeni provinces were targeted using advanced fighter jets.
Houthi fighters on Monday said that Saudi Arabia had carried out 54 strikes towards Yemen in 24 hours, as the movement had inflicted significant setbacks on Yemeni government forces and their Saudi ally in recent days.
"The Saudi criminal aviation carried out 54 airstrikes in the past 24 hours using F-15 and Typhoon aircraft that took off from Saudi bases," said Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree, specifying that the regions of Taiz, Lahj, al-Jawf, Marib and Hodeida had been targeted.
