A seven-year-old Palestinian child succumbed to his wounds on Sunday after being shot by Israeli forces in Jabalia refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip, Wafa news reported.
Medical sources told Wafa and Al Jazeera that Jihad al-Ghandour died from injuries sustained on Saturday when Israeli forces shot him near al-Houja Street in Jabalia camp.
Medical sources announced earlier that the death toll from the Israeli genocide in Gaza since 7 October 2023 had risen to 74,377, with 175,398 Palestinians injured.
