Saudi Arabia has postponed a high-level multilateral meeting with Iran scheduled in Oman, according to Tehran's Foreign Ministry, amid mounting pressure from Iran-backed Iraqi militias and Houthi rebels. The postponement reflects escalating military tensions in the Persian Gulf region following the U.S.-led war against Iran that began in February.
