Israeli forces have arrested at least 23 Palestinians during sweeping raids across the occupied West Bank, according to Wafa news agency and local officials. The arrests coincide with an expansion of the military campaign across the territory, with soldiers also beating civilians and Israeli settlers continuing their siege of Palestinian communities.

In Qalandiya refugee camp, between Jerusalem and Ramallah, forces detained another Palestinian whose identity remains unknown.
During a raid on Ras al-Ain in Nablus, soldiers beat a 28-year-old man so severely that he required hospital treatment.
Meanwhile, Israeli settlers, backed by the army, have kept residents of Qusra under siege for 11 days. Settlers have surrounded three Palestinian family homes and blocked their water supply, leaving those inside facing food shortages.
