US Congresswoman Yassamin Ansari has said more than 74 of her colleagues have demanded answers from the Trump administration regarding a strike that killed five civilians at a wedding in Iran, including two children.
Ansari wrote on X: “As Trump and Hegseth’s disastrous and illegal war in Iran continues, a recent strike killed five civilians at a wedding in Iran, including two children. This is the latest in a horrifying pattern of civilian casualties resulting from U.S. operations in Iran, including the strike at an elementary school on the first day of the war that killed 120 children.”
